Do we need to stop at the office when we arrive?No, you can proceed directly to your site when you arrive.
How often does the train go by? Does it blow its horn at night?The amount of trains vary every day. Sometimes there’s 1 train all day, and other days it comes every 2-3 hours. As there are crossings nearby, it does blow its horn. Otherwise, Mellow Moose is in a quiet neighborhood. Sites 40-48 are the furthest away from the train.
Do you provide long-term stays?Minot has a city ordinance that does not allow guests to stay longer than 14 days, but longer term stays may be possible on a case-by-case basis. Please call us to discuss.
What’s your cancellation policy?100% refund until 14 days prior to check-in. 50% refund up to 7 days prior, then 6 days prior the reservation is no longer refundable. Note: All refunds exclude credit card processing fees and Roverpass service fees, which are nonrefundable.
I just received a text from Roverpass about my reservation! What is Roverpass?Roverpass is our booking software. You can log in to Roverpass using the email address you used to book your reservation to manage your reservation and send us messages.
Do you sell firewood?Yes! You can purchase firewood bundles at the online checkout when you make your reservation, or you can purchase them in person.
